during the most desperate hours of a writing assignment in honduras, la ceiba, a young, lost man named styles henriquez desbarats typed and submitted his first short story and received top marks. he then went on with his day to day routine, but was still shaken by his potential in writing. suddenly, a wave of stories popped in his head. stories were everywhere! years later (and only after winning the world cup as captain uruguay four times), he stumbled on the ottawa writing workshop group and decided to write novels.
