Alfie Carmichael doesn’t know where he’s going in life. He just graduated from high school, quits every job prematurely, doesn’t know who he is on the inside, prefers Velcro over shoelaces, and can’t seem to tame his wicked cowlick getting in the way of his dating life.

He’s just landed a dead-end, part-time job at the local subway station… and that’s when things start to get really bad—and bizarre—for the young 19-year-old. Once he’s clocked in for a boring night shift, he gets abducted by aliens. Freaking out and paying homage to science-fiction classics and pop-culture as only Alfie can, he’s hurled headfirst into the centre of an alien prophecy regarding the Great Hero, and not long after, realizes there’s a bounty on his head—the biggest bounty… ever!
